For a friend's birthday I painted some minis for his Salamanders army. I planned to do 10 marines but the little time that remains until his party won't allow that.
Hello and welcome to my blog "Brush And Miniature Torture"!
What will you find in here? Of course everything about my armies, conversions, paint jobs, terrain, and latest commission works for Warhammer 40k and Warhammer Fantasy - and more! Enjoy and comment in English or German! I'm also happy about every follower.

IF tank wreck done
The Imperial Fists tank wreck is finished. It was quite some fun to paint it and disfigure it afterwards. :D

Tank wreck ready to be painted
I glued the tank wreck on its base and applied sand on the base. Now this terrain piece is ready to be primed and painted. Once this is done, the previously showed dead Imperial Fist will be added.

First ruins painted
I primed the first 3 ruins yesterday evening and finished painting on them just some minutes ago. It took almost as much time to apply color to them as building them. I really thought it would take less time.
Anyway, here are some pics. Unfortunately, one hardly sees the drybrushed highlights on the concrete.

Ruins built
I've spent several hours with cutting und glueing yesterday and today and now I've done with the 5 ruins (my cat also likes them):
Now I only have to find the sheet of balsa wood which must be somewhere here and then I can start boarding up some of the windows. And as soon as I'm back at my apartment I'll add some sand and rubble.
