Ork Mega Dread & Ork War Boss on Bike

Waaaagh!

Yet again I finished some miniatures for my long time customer. This time I painted Forge World's Ork Mega Dread and War Boss on Bike.

I really enjoyed working on these models as they have an incredible and stunning amount of details and are well sculpted.

The next 10 Ork Boyz

Good morning everyone!

Today I present you the next 10 Ork Boyz for my customer. I'm still having a minor struggle with the settings of my new camera, but I think the pics will become better and better. ;)

Next up will be 12 Killakoptaz, so stay tuned!

Ork Trukk #2 and #3

The next two Trukks for the customer were finished yesterday evening. As I have a new digital camera, the photos might be a little bit blurry because I have to find the perfect setting yet to achieve best possible pics.

Trukk #2

Trukk #3

1st Ork Trukk

The next miniature for the commission army is finished: 1 of 5 Trukks

The next 2 will get finished on Sunday I guess.

Trukk #1

First 10 Boyz finished

Hi folks!

Yesterday evening I could finish the first 10 Boyz of the new commission army:

I hope they are to your liking.

The next big commission army

Hello you guys!

The last two days I had some thoughts about a "dark" colour scheme for my customer's next commission army and after presenting three different ones to him I can now present -you- his choice:

It is the same customer as for the Daemons I've been painting. I have lots and lots of sprues and boxes of Space Orks lying around here already and once he gets back from his vacation he'll send me the next batch. So I guess it's going to be yet another enormous commission for me!

10 Ork Boyz and 3 Pikk Ups are already built and the painting will start in October as I have to finish setting highlights on the chitin of 4 monstrous Tyranid creatures of an aquaintance before.

Stay tuned for more Ork power to come in the near future!

Tyranids Hierophant

After many, many hours of work my latest commission work is finally finished: a Forge World Hierophant for the Tyranid Hive Fleet of an aquaintance of mine.
The colour scheme was predefined by him. Ranged weapons arms are still to be added and magnetized by customer.

Perry Miniatures

My latest commission work: 40 cavalry and 80 infantry models from Perry Miniatures' "War of the Rose" range for a friend of mine.

I wonder what his plans are with that many copper statues. :)

Bloodcrusher of Khorne - the last one

The last Bloodcrusher of Khorne for my current Daemon army commission got finished yesterday evening. The last thing to paint now is an Exalted Chariot of Slaanesh.

Dire Wolves

The next 9 miniatures for the customer got finished today: Dire Wolves
It's only 9 because in one of the sprues one head was missing and the customer said it was okay if I only painted the 9 complete ones.

Screamers

It has been quite a while, but that's because these fellows have a sh*tload of horns and eyes that had to be painted...

Forge World Khorne Herald

The next model for my customer's army is finished: a Forge World Khorne Herald

Flamers of... Khorne?

Yet another bunch of Chaos Daemons in a Khorne painting scheme for my customer: 6 Flamers

Khorne Chaos Spawns

Latest models: a bunch of Chaos Spawns in a Khorne painting scheme. The customer asked for very rough highlights and a red/orange skin tone.

Ork Bommer / Dakkajet finished and FOR SALE

My latest model: a Ork Bommer / Dakkajet

More photos after the jump!

Nothing but commission work...

Just a quick update for you what's going on on my painting table:

Shadowsword... again!

Finally a new post with yet another commission work from me. This time it's something quite special, as I was asked to paint a Shadowsword in nearly the same manner I painted my own one back then when I still had my Defenders of Vraks: http://brushandminiaturetorture.blogspot.de/2012/05/for-sale-renegades-shadowsword.html

I sold mine for some nice sum on ebay where an admirer of my minis from Mexico purchased it.

So here's Shadowsword 2.0 so to say for the customer:

Orange Horrors

The next 10 Orange Horrors for my customer are finished:

Another bunch of Bloodcrushers finished

The work on the Daemons of Chaos commission army has begun anew and with finishing the Bloodletter riders the next bunch of Bloodcrushers is done finally:

Bitz and Despair

I dissembled my airbrush pistol yesterday evening to clean it after having finished the airbrush work on the Juggernauts and today I wanted to assemble it so I could start working on the Bloodletter riders.... and then it happened. Screwed slightly too strong, the jet nozzle's thread broke.

I ordered a new one today. That little crap of a jet nozzle costs ~ 10 EUR! Hope I receive it soon.

As I could not paint or even prime anything today I searched my bitz box for some nice weapons and something that could be used as a Icon of Glory Chaos as I will have to paint another 6 Terminators for a tournament in January. This is what I found:
